    Alexandra as your private instructor will design your own personal Sadhana (Yoga practice).

    Alexandra will demonstrate how to safely practice Asana (Yoga poses) and discuss their benefits.

    Each Sadhana will be personally developed with a email sent prior to the appointment with some simple Q&A's abut what you are wanting to achieve from your session.

    Session consists of Asana (Yoga poses), Pranayama (Breath work) and Meditation, held at in a private space in Ali's home, a space of your choice or online.
