The Align & Nourish | Yoga Retreat is designed to align your nervous system and nourish your senses. You will find yourself feeling refreshed, regulated and revived.

Immerse yourselves in this divine retreat experience with two full days and one night at the beautiful Ohiwa Cove Rise Cottage. When you arrive you will be greeted with an opening ceremony and will spend the weekend working through yoga sessions, nature immersion, creative session, practicing breath work & meditation. You get to know likeminded soul people while focusing on mind, body and soul.

What to bring

  • Clothing for two days

  • Togs if you feel like a cold plunge in the ocean

  • Comfortable walking shoes

  • Water bottle

  • Yoga mat (some will be available)

  • Plate, bowl, cup and cutlery.

Meet your instructor

I'm Alexandra Hawij, a Yoga Teacher, Mother & Ayurvedic wellness enthusiast.

“The purpose of yoga is to build strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body,” Yoga is built on three main elements – movement, breath and meditation.

My current yoga registration is in traditional Hatha, and I have 6 years of teaching experience. 200-hour RYT - Traditional Hatha. Studying 300-hour RYT - Tantric Advance Sequencing and Philosophy
